FAQs

You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

How long will my pet’s groom take?

Times vary from pet to pet but typically anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

How long do you recommend in between grooms?

This answer varies from dog to dog, but generally, between 4-6 weeks is sufficient. Some dogs may require sooner visits, some may go longer before needing a spa day. We cannot accommodate any schedules longer than 8 weeks. We recommend keeping your dog on a rotating schedule, one less thing to think about that we can take care of before leaving your driveway!

What vaccines are required to have my pet groomed?

Puppies under 16 weeks are required to have at least 2 rounds of boosters. Any dog over 16 weeks is required by law to have a rabies vaccine. In addition, we require Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine, and distemper/parvo vaccine for all of our client’s health and safety.

Do I need to be home for my pet to be groomed?

Nope! We offer latch-key services, meaning we just need instructions on how to access your pet if you aren’t home. Card on file will be charged after service is complete.

Do you use muzzles?

We strongly believe in keeping our furry guests as relaxed as possible, but if they do get worked up to the point of aggression, we will muzzle for both our groomer's safety and your pet's.

Can I watch my pet get groomed?

No, our insurance does not cover any persons other than the groomer to be present in our van during the groom.

Where can I find an exact price for my dog's groom?

Our prices are based on grooming times. Our rate is $85/hour, starting prices listed will go up depending on services needed, temperament of the pet, and condition of the coat. We offer 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 week schedules to ensure your pet stays in tip top shape so that we can get them finished in a reasonable time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash (exact amount preferred), card on file (required), tap to pay.
